Why I'm Running
Meet Kevin
I love RUSD, and I’m so grateful I’ve been able to serve our community as a Board Member since December 2022. We’ve introduced legislation to increase public transparency, promote students voice, and reduce distractions in the classroom. And we’ve collaborated with community members to reduce student-to-teacher ratios, improve test scores, and fight against data centers near schools.

Trustee Area 5
Trustee Area 5 (pink) is both the largest and most populous Trustee Area. It contains portions of the Cities of Brea, Industry, Rowland Heights, West Covina, and Walnut. It contains the neighborhoods surrounding John A. Rowland High School, Shelyn Elementary School, Telesis Academy, and Ybarra Academy. I like to think of our Trustee Area as everything south of Pathfind Road and east of Otterbein Avenue.
